CIPD Research Shows 'Well-Being Vacuum' in Workplaces

CIPD research shows ‘well-being vacuum’ in workplaces

27th January 2016

A ‘wellbeing vacuum’ in workplaces is putting individuals’ and business health at risk, says the CIPD. The CIPD‘s latest research reveals that too few organisations put wellbeing at the heart of their strategy, culture and day-to-day operations. HR professionals are in a unique position to steer the health and well-being agenda and drive a systemic approach to change to ensure that it’s integrated into an organisation’s day-to-day operations.

We thought we would tackle this compelling subject at our next Coffee & Comp session. How do you incorporate wellbeing into company culture and instil it in your organisation? What are the key benefits and how can you make the case for a health and wellbeing strategy?

Come and join thought leaders in the coffee morning seminar and discussion. We’ve invited Evan Davidge, UKMEA Head of Reward, as our guest speaker who has led the design and implementation of a healthcare programme which recently received a Personnel Today award. He’ll be chatting about identifying health and wellbeing challenges in the workplace, achieving and managing wellbeing outcomes and building a resilient workforce.
